BCS-900 Series (BCS-905 / 910 / 915)
- 8-channel rack modules: BCS-905 (150 mA), BCS-910 (1.5 A), BCS-915 (15 A)
- Up to 120 A by parallelization
- 5 current ranges on every module

Every component of the battery value chain — electrode, binder, separator and electrolyte through to the commercial cell — must be tested rigorously. Cycling tests take a long time, require many channels and demand high reliability; impedance measurements reveal what is happening inside the cell without destroying it.
Capacity, Coulombic efficiency, internal resistance and ageing behaviour are followed with galvanostatic cycling (CC-CV, GCD), HPPC, GITT and duty cycles.
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) provides, non-destructively, information about charge-transfer kinetics, ionic transport and SEI formation inside the cell that DC measurements cannot give. Native EIS on every channel of the BCS-900 series allows SOC/SOH and internal resistance to be monitored during cycling.
Three-electrode research cells (MPG-2, VMP-3e) are used at the electrode level; multichannel cycling systems (BCS-900, BCS-1012) at the level of commercial cell validation and ageing.

Let us determine the cell type, current range and channel count together.
